Los Angeles, CA (AHN) -- "Bruno" continues to irk those who he has been acquainted with. Sacha Baron Cohen's GQ photo spread with a high school football team may cause a principal and athletic director their jobs. Baron Cohen posed as his film character Bruno, a flamboyant gay Austrian fashion commentator, with the football players from the Birmingham High School in Van Nuys for GQ magazine. The images feature Bruno dressed in questionable uniform posing in various drills with the team on the field. But Los Angeles Unified School District superintendent Ramon Cortines found the pictures "provocative" and "inappropriate," saying they violated ruled in commercial film shoots in school grounds. He said in a statement, "Tules were broken. The principal is ultimately responsible, but I also hold accountable the athletic director, who is also the school's filming coordinator and was present when the pictures were taken." The district found out that despite student participants obtained parental consent for the shoot held on April 16, the release form did not specify the nature of the images. Cortines did not elaborate what disciplinary measure they are planning to give the principal and the athletic director, but assured parents that he will not tolerate the matter. He said, "I want you to know that I will not tolerate the failure of any employees to follow the proper procedures that govern how, when or if LAUSD students will be photographed or filmed. I also want parents to know that this district will allow no one to take advantage of their students." The mockumentary film "Bruno" will be released on July 10 in the U.S.
