Airport Soundtrack Helping Folks Stow Their Fear Of Flying

Los Angeles, CA -- A new CD of airport sounds and stress-relieving techniques is helping air travelers stow their phobias in the overhead bin.

L.A.-based stress expert Krs Edstrom claims folks can overcome their fear of flying just sitting at home and listening to airport sounds on her CD, "Fly Without Fear."

Edstrom claims one track, featuring the background noise heard in an airport, is so vivid that it puts most fearful flyers on edge.

However, most of the 71-minute CD includes stress busting breathing and tension releasing exercises to get folks over their phobia.

Edstrom says the techniques personally helped her overcome a nine-year fear of flying.
