What is the one thing you would change about your work if you could? Would you switch jobs? Switch duties? Switch office locations? Would you work more intensely for fewer hours? Go for less intensity, but spread it out? Would you start a business with your friends? Try working alone? Would you align yourself with a large organization that could provide lots of job security? Take on more risk? Less risk? On the 1st, whatever change you want to make is right there at your fingertips, waiting to be made. So what are you waiting for? Make it! There's no time like the present, you know. Then on the 5th, share your opinions, no matter how unpopular they may be. The 9th is a great time to start a project; somebody else will focus on the follow through. The 13th, be as patient as possible with an authority figure-they need to be indulged. By the 18th, you'll be ready to take on a brand new point of view. The 23rd is all about communication. Talk, talk, talk-and keep talking until you've convinced everybody in the room of just how right you are. The 28th you can't lose, so don't even contemplate it. The 31st, take an idea and make it a movement. Yep, you can do it.
