The Capital One® Platinum - Visa® card is designed for those who have an average credit history and plan to take advantage of the common platinum benefits.
The best feature of this card is the reasonably low interest rate on purchases and balance transfers, plus it has a $39 annual fee. There is also a 0% APR on purchases until May 2009. This card provides common benefits and services including extended warranties for purchases and no liability for unauthorized purchases. Cardholders are also eligible to receive exclusive savings: up to 40% on featured deals and 10% on everything else at Capital One® Saving Zone(SM) on Yahoo! Shopping.
Therefore, those who have an average credit history and will take advantage of the low interest rates as well as the common platinum benefits will benefit most from what the
